Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) is a non-profit organization, established in 2007 as a certified provider of Person-Centered Community and Home-Based services, by the District of Columbia – Department of Disability Services (DDS).
As a forward thinking program, PRD consistently surpasses industry standards in the quality of services provided. Our goal is to provide a “5-Star Standard of Excellence.”
As part of the DC’s five-year plan to ensure valuable services are provided for people with disabilities. In the final analysis, our outcome based approach focus’ on opening doors to unique and rewarding experiences that will enrich the lives and develop future growth and opportunities for the people we support.

Individualized Day Supports (IDS)
Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) provides the people we serve with community-based vocational training and life-skills. All services are highly individualized and structured to emphasize social and developmental skills.
Facility Based Work/Prevocational Services
Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) serves as a valuable precursor-learning program, which provides an opportunity to build soft and hard skills, volunteer opportunities and work experiences.
Our program participants receive training on specific job-related tasks and develop skills-sets that support their goal of moving towards the Supported Employment Program and attaining long-term paid employment.
Pathway to Work
Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) Job Readiness Program in cooperation with DRC and Vocational Rehabilitation focuses on supporting competitive integrated employment outcomes with Job Development support. Participants are paid minimum wage and provided soft and hard skills training, within the center and community integrated settings.
BEHAVIORAL SUPPORTS
Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) supports a wide array of behavioral challenges. Behavior challenges such as self-abuse, elopement, suicidal tendencies, verbal and physical abuse. PRD is able to serve individuals with behavior support needs on a case-by-case basis to ensure safety and security, and positive growth for the individual.
LMA MUSIC PRODUCTION
DIVERSION PROGRAM
LMA (Life-Music-Achievement) is a
music production program led by
multi-platinum Grammy and
Billboard award-winning artists and
producers. LMA’s purpose is to introduce and
cultivate artistry through Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop
music production. The LMA team have written and
produced songs for:
* Jennifer Lopez * Ice Cube
* Cardi B * Pitbull
* Keyshia Cole * Mya
* Raheem DeVaughn * Sisqo
* Estelle * Amerie
The LMA team are also responsible for the hit music
on the following television shows and movies:
* Empire * Greenleaf
* Britain’s Got More Talent * The X Factory
* Barbershop * Fighting
* A Cinderella Story
Participants will learn how to write, produce and
market music, whether it’s for personal or mass
distribution using state of the art software such as
Logic Pro X and Pro Tools. While in the program,
participants will also learn about related employment
and entrepreneurship opportunities in the music
entertainment industry.

the ability to transcend
generations and bring people from all walks of life
together. Participants involved with the LMA Music
Production Diversion Program attain employable
skills that are transferable to other areas of interest.
Day Habilitation
Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) focuses on developing activities and acquiring skills to support or further integrate community activities outside of the participant’s home.
Supported Employment Services (SES)
Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) offers opportunities for program participants to achieve successful integrated employment. We keep their goal of seeking either full-time or part-time employment with competitive earning an important part of this program.
Custodial University
Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) Janitorial Training Program partners with locate cleaning and sanitization companies to provide in classroom and simulated learning to support community employment outcomes.
Micro-Enterprises
Through Micro-Enterprises, Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) can support individuals to do what they love while earning money. Course work includes; how to start-up a business, how to track inventory, how to build and maintain customer relations, how to market your company’s product, as well as business accounting practices.
